What is Google Analytics and Search Console for, and do I need it?
Both Google Analytics and Search Console allow you, the website owner, to collect data about how your website is performing. It can show you how long visitors stay on certain pages, tell you which are your most popular pages, and also give insights on what search terms your site is being found for.
So, if you're interested in understanding how your website is performing, these are both must-haves.
Our add-on Google Analytics and Search Console service will enable you to start collecting website data as soon as possible.
Can you fix my old website instead of starting a new one?
If you have an old website that is not working for you, it is better to start with a clean slate rather than trying to patch it up. Think of fixing an old website as fixing an old car -- there could be multiple things wrong with it, and taking it to a body shop to make the outside look new won't necessarily make it perform better than it used to.
What does website support look like?
Our website support team is available through a 24/7 ticketing system. You can review the status and add notes to your requests in the system as well.
Depending on the package you choose, there is a set number of small website changes included per month. Small changes are defined as requests that do not take more than 30 minutes to complete.
If there are issues with the infrastructure of your site or if there is any need to update software, we will prioritize those changes and not count them towards your "change request count" for the month.
